Paul is a great guy who cares about his customers. I ordered a new practice pad from Backbeat Percussion in October. When the pad arrived in the mail, the condition was a bit rough, which was initially disappointing. However, when I contacted Paul about the matter, he went above and beyond to make the situation right. Not only did he make the return process easy, but when I ordered a brand-new pad, he gave me a discount on my second order and even included a Vic Firth T-shirt and a Zildjian hat as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. Paul's professionalism and generosity really stood out, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
