Dropped off 2 flutes for repairs in May and call to check on progress every week or two. Promised they would be done in August for school and I’m still waiting and getting no where. Dave doesn’t even call me back and neither does the girl who is supposedly fixing them. It is now mid October, Need to go to Fort Collins I guess. Not reliable or very honest and very disappointing

stopped by this place to get something if it was a good deal. Ended up leaving with a banjo for less than 200 bucks, with a case. Was a really good deal because the tuning pegs keep in tune, a mark of an excellent banjo instrument. the gentleman behind the counter was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, made all the right recommendations for a wonderful shopping experience.

Daughter needed her piccolo fixed last week for class and they were able to get it fixed in very fast manner. Very pleased with how fast they got it done!!
