Phil is great to do business with. I do not live near his shop so I have to purchase through his online store. Process is easy and web site is easy to navigate. Communication is always prompt. I have purchased in-stock items and also have had Phil order items for me. Same great service either way. I have made multiple purchases from Drum Outfitters and plan on making more.

Bought a beautiful used set from Phil. This guy knows drums, and was very helpful in selecting what I needed, which was a set for my studio. Prices very competitive even with the big name online retailers. Definitely will buy all my drum needs here from now on.
