The space itself is beautifully designed and thought out, and Robert’s passion took the experience from a great session to an intimate atmosphere that fosters creativity and collaboration. robert is easily the most talented professional engineer i’ve done business with. he can work with practically any genre (and almost seeming magically) finalizing the product to a prestige quality. he is also a very reasonable guy. if you have a final master by him, and would like to change it at all, he will respond quickly and complete it as you wish (however with me, the product has almost always been perfect every time without many changes required at all.) the studio’s equipment is great as well, i’ve noticed that even without a mix it already sounds perfect to me. as far as the studio’s environment; it’s clean, organized, and most importantly, it’s comfortable. i have always enjoyed my experience at velvet basement, and i would recommend it for anyone that would like to create music
