Alex just did a full refret on my 1963 Gibson Junior and wow did it turn out perfectly! The old frets were completely worn out and the guitar was unplayable but now it’s been given new life. The fretwork is top notch, new nut and he leveled out the board nicely as it needed it. I have a couple others that need a refret and I’ll be taking those to him next. Excellent job, thanks again brother! So happy to be able to play this thing again!

It's great to have a full service luthier in Beaver County! I brought an old, years neglected electric guitar to Favor House that I just could not get to play properly, and Alex looked at it and determined with several worn, loose, and uneven frets, best course of action would be a fretboard leveling and neck refret, nut repair and setup. The whole experience went seamlessly, and took less than a week, from helping determine the proper fret wire to the installation and finish. The guitar came back to me with a complete different instrument. The fretwork is smooth and polished, and the setup of the instrument makes it effortless to play. This was a fairly intrusive and intricate repair, and was carried out with a high level of precision. Highly recommended!
