Bought my daughters' first guitar here last year. Great service then but most recently this passed weekend I went in with my Father to see power amp options as well as something to repair some seized strap locks. Brody was super helpful and while we didn't find a suitable Amp option we appreciated his obvious knowledge ability in showing us alternatives. Least but certainly not last, Amber took the time and care to sift through numerous repair kits to find the right sized nuts and washers to get us back up and running lock-wise. She was also gracious enough to give us some insight as to her teaching style and techniques as it is something that interests me as an aspiring teacher. 10/10 experience. Great employees who care. Family owned and operated business for many years. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great selection and prices. I've been shopping here a few years now and am always met with a warm "hello", smiles and a welcome feeling. I've spent many hours browsing the constantly changing stock and enjoy every moment spent in the store.
