Lots of knowledgable staff (Jake helped me), to assist in making the right decision. I had already decided which guitar I wanted. After checking the store stock it was not available. The staff helped me order it online and I paid for it there. It will be delivered to my home within 5 business days. Very pleased with the entire transaction. Highly recommend Guitar Center.

not really a good place to go if you’re a beginner, I went in wanting to purchase a guitar and take lessons and I spoke to someone at the desk who completely just brushed me off for someone else then never got back to me , said they were going to get someone to talk to me about lessons and I walked around for close to 10-15 minutes and no one approached me . I was very disappointed in the customer service here.

Ordered a used tube amp online to be shipped to Seattle, the packing job was great, not a scratch on the amp even though UPS was a bit rough with it. Appreciated how well the tubes were packed in a separate box as well! When I plugged it in and turned it on the light on the amp wasn't glowing but the tubes were and the amp was making sound. I had called to get the issue sorted and off the bat was offered a partial refund to cover some new lights and shipping as well as tax. Super happy with how I was treated here by the team especially for an order multiple states away! Big thanks from Seattle!
