One of the TOP studios in Miami! In the heart of South Beach, 2 blocks from the ocean and the studio is impeccable. Great sounding rooms with all the best gear. I like that it’s very private and very well located. It’s the perfect size too, classic big studio feel with all high end features to get records done. Highly recommend!

This place is amateur hour. We needed a simple podcast to be recorded with video. When we arrived they were not set up and ready for us. They made us run the PTZ cameras ourselves and 8 minutes into recording their computer ran out of local storage. At the end of the hour long podcast we had no video despite flagging the storage issue and asking if we needed to restart. On top of that, the staff was not knowledgable about their equipment and couldn't answer simple questions about video settings and quality. The podcast room is not fully sound proof so we dealt with noise from both outside and in their lobby. After all this we were left with no usable footage and asked for a refund which they refused. I've never experienced such incompetence and lack of professionalism before. Stay

1 star. I traveled in to record a podcast at Alacran Studios and had a terrible experience. They had one job to do, record proper audio and video, and they failed and did not issue a refund. We paid the studio to record the episode, but they did not record the video for the full episode and they also did not properly record the audio. On top of that, the owner and team disappeared halfway through the shoot. What made it even worse was that our internal audio and video team knew more than the studio staff. There were multiple audio interruptions during the shoot, and the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. To make things worse, when the audio and video files were nowhere to be found, the studio still refused to refund us. Stay far away. This place is horrible.
