Two gentlemen took great care of me and my family. Took a 50+ year neglected acoustic in for new strings and some TLC to give to my son to learn on. E were told some of the challenges of learning on a classic with fat neck etc, and my son is more interested in playing electric. So they took care of the acoustic bringing it back to its original glory in just a few hours, but also spent real quality time educating us on electrics. My son was able to hold many of them to get a feel of the differences and determine his preference as we learned about the features of the various instruments. We walked out feeling confident in our choices with a guitar, learning book, picks, soft guitar case, and a small amp. Early Christmas gift my son will cherish for years.
