Our daughter started her violin lessons with Ariadna in January 2020 (3 months before turning 8 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience. Ariadna's approach to teaching is fantastic, and it was immediately apparent at how much she truly cares about music and helping others learn how to play and embrace music. She adapted quickly to my daughter's learning style, and has been patient while also knowing exactly how much to push so that my daughter progresses, has fun, and doesn't get overwhelmed and start to think that learning music is more work than reward. During the Covid-19 distancing, we moved our lessons to virtual Facetimes, and are also moving to two 30 minute lessons a week. Our kids (10 & 7) take both piano and violin lessons from Ariadna and David. They love their music lessons and have so much fun. Ariadna is patient and kind, making sure the kids progress in their violin lessons but always have fun. David is so fun and teaches the kids their music in an exciting way - jazz is always finding it’s way into their lessons! I highly recommend Mindful Music for a fun, laid back approach to learning to love music.

My daughter took piano lessons from David. David is a consummate professional and teaches at the level that students are so that they enjoy the lessons. Students can learn in a stress free environment. Lessons are well organized. I like his easy going manner and sense of humor. I think all teachers should have that quality. He is very approachable, helpful and super committed. He even advised me on acquiring a piano and even helped me move it. He has become a friend to my daughter and me. Thank you David.
