The secretary doesn’t know anything about customer service. Super passive aggressive and rude. Ms. Mary is good but the lessons weren’t structured well. Won’t be going back unless they get a new secretary.

Our entire family has been going here for years for various lessons. It's a wonderful family business with talented and passionate professionals. They are low-key, great at what they do, and have helped us foster our love and appreciation for music while developing specific talents.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Middle Street School of Music for the past couple of years and anecdotally I have heard the same from others. Patricia and Paul are great founders/owners, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable whether it is related to a lesson, a purchase, or simply advice on a need related to music (repairs, equipment, etc.). I think for many people there is some stigma about learning a musical instrument later on in life--forget about that here! The entire staff is great at working with students of all ages. I have seen just as many adults as I have seen young people. The teachers are all experienced, each with their own extensive musical backgrounds, which means they are highly capable of adapting lessons with age, experience, and inter
