Howard was very knowledgeable and professional in repairing my Marshall JTM 60 amp! Communication throughout the repairs was excellent. He contacted me right away when he started looking at it, and then after the first repairs, testing and replacing the faulty tubes, cleaning the tube sockets and repairing a bad connection. He then contacted me with his progress and updated me with other concerns before proceeding with soldering one of the circuit boards and finally cleaning & repairing the front input jacks. He then kept it for another day, so he could recheck & sound test it in the morning. I'm so happy with an excellent job done in a reasonable time at a fair price! Now, all my input jacks and knobs work as they should & my amp sounds better than ever!! 🎸🎶
