I studied Voice and Piano at Red Barn for roughly five years -- from 1993-1998. I entered Hampshire College in nearby South Amherst in the Fall of 1993 & was planning on academically concentrating in Theater, Film & Psychology. I'd just gone on my first round of The Hampshire Theatre Program's Auditions & Callbacks and been cast as a lead character in an original musical written by a peer colleague -- so working on my voice (since I hadn't really been in regular Vocal training since the previous Spring) was a top priority for me, as the show was opening in November & it was already late August, almost early September. I moved up to the Valley from my hometown of NYC where I'd trained for a long time (15 years collectively at the CUNY Brooklyn College Preparatory Center for the Performing

Kevin is a great teacher. My son is only 4 years old and Kevin is so patient with him. My son loves him and always looks forward to going back. I wish their was more teachers like Kevin.
