Justin Carr is my vocal coach, he is nice enough to make you feel comfortable, yet firm enough to keep you on your toes-- as he should. I learned a lot and have enjoyed my lessons thoroughly. One thing that I hadn't taken advantage of was the portal you get when you join Performa Studios. On it, you can upload videos and things for your coach to give you further feedback. Also, any pricing discrepancies or questions that I had along the way were answered and adjusted promptly. They are great to work with.
