I'm new to Valdosta and super excited to find this shop. Wonderful interactions with everyone there. Had them recently do a setup on my 23 year old tele and it has never played better. Ben makes amazing unique custom guitars and I hope to get one soon. Great local business that I plan to support for years to come. Highly recommend.

My son and I were thoroughly impressed with our experience at Ben Owens music. They have a wonderful selection, they are extremely knowledgeable, they were more than willing to help even though I was not knowledgeable. They have excellent prices, we got an exceptional deal on a great guitar. My son is extremely happy which makes me extremely happy! I can't recommend them enough. I wish I would have had the presence of mine to take pictures while I was inside but guitars are well out of my wheelhouse and I was trying to learn something. Which indeed I did, like I said their staff is very knowledgeable. I thought it was very cool that they have their own line of handcrafted guitars guitars. When we go back I will make sure I take pictures.

I brought my Telecaster in the other day for a set up. It needed one real bad, inotation was way off and it needed several other things. Ben Owens did a great job fixing it and getting the action perfect, all for a good price. I live two hours away and was working out of town in Valdosta and decided to bring it. I'm glad I did. That's a long drive from the house, but when I need more work I'll be bringing it to them.
