The owners (Darrell and Heidi) are fantastic in making sure every student feels valued, and gets a positive lesson experience. The even have a “happiness guarantee” where if a teacher is not a good fit for a student, they will work to find the right fit for them. All their teachers are REALLY quality and educated professionals. Rental season tends to be VERY busy and this is a small mom & pop store. Sometimes that means there’s a wait in the store. But on the positive side, Darrell & Heidi (and the other administrative help) get to know you personally and it feels like family. Cannot say enough GREAT things about this place! The owners have helped my daughter so many times and over and over again proved themselves to be kind and extremely generous people. I’m so thankful to have a business like this in my community. If your child plays an instrument, then this is where you need to go.
