★ 5 · Kyrah MalanI’m 66 years old, am always looking for new and fun challenges, and decided to learn how to read music (for the first time) and play the piano. At first I tried using Flowkey, an online app, but quickly realized that it didn’t teach music theory or proper technique, and I was quickly frustrated and discouraged. From the moment I contacted Judy, I knew she was what we used to call a “Master Teacher”, and our lessons over the past several months have confirmed this. Judy is both delightful and an excellent instructor : she is warm and friendly, patient, explains everything very clearly (a must for me!), and emphasizes technique and music theory to lay a solid foundation. ★ 5 · Yue FolsomWe have always been feeling so lucky to find Ms. Judy while we were struggling to find a great teacher who can cultivate a passion for music in our kid’s heart and guide her on the journey to the piano mastery. We tried various music schools and studios and all seem to be more business oriented in the sense of teacher selections and agenda setting. Ms. Judy has been so devoted to teaching our daughter not only techniques (her sight reading and ear training have been improved tremendously) but also the artistry of performance. Ms. Judy have a wonderful way to work with young kids. We are very impressed with her progress after only 2 months with Ms. Judy!

★ 5 · Mario RamosWe have been going to Judy for over 10 years now. My daughter went from zero music knowledge to actually playing songs within months. 10 years later my kid is a master at the piano thanks to her instructor. Judy has a great way of teaching and knows how to connect with her students. Always positive, always smiling and always professional. Being a musician myself for over 30 years, I know a good musician when I see one.
