Robert is an exceptional piano teacher and just a pleasure to learn with. I am so pleased with my progress in just more than 6 months. He is especially good at devising different ways as needed to convey a point or technique on the fly. He wisely chooses pieces and drills strategically to build on my skills. Our sessions are really fun as we also talk about music of all genres. Me: Young Boomer, beginner, playing for fun. Highly recommended!

Robert is a terrific piano instructor. He is extremely organized, punctual, and prepared. He has an extensive library to teach from as well as printouts for students to keep and practice for the week between lessons. He’s patient and will spend as much time on the fundamentals as necessary because he believes that technique is the foundation of a great pianist. He is also very talented at tailoring lessons to individual skill levels and learning styles. Regardless of your skill level Robert can teach you how to be a better piano player.

Robert is an excellent piano teacher with detailed knowledge that he is able to translate to his students at any level. He is patient & has a very calming presence. As a beginner piano student, he creates a supportive & compassionate environment to learn in. He clearly loves what he does & his enthusiasm is contagious; You just might believe that you can create beautiful music with your fingers too!
