★ 5 · Terry LevanI traded in 2 of my RG’s and got a great deal on an awesome AX50. What I wanted wasn’t in stock and needed to be special ordered. My guitar arrived on time, the box was fresh and had no scratches, scrapes or tears. The guitar is very beautiful. While trying to set the guitar up I found that the truss rod is topped out and the neck won’t be able to be adjusted properly. Will definitely make a trip to the store.

★ 1 · Kotinca Palma(Item ordered by phone, not in store, purchased unseen.) Beware of buying unseen from this location: I was told this was an open box guitar in great condition. I received an item with riddled with junk after market parts, duct tape, and a volume that spins on its own. It is dirty, didn’t come with a case….and it is the wrong model. I wish I could post a video so you could hear and see. It is so much worse than photos explain. This was not the model (even before it was messed up) that I read to him, but he charged me that price. Paid close to $1k. So deceiving Guitar Center.

★ 4 · JoshuaAlways good! The high end Acoustics were above and beyond! Lots of used electrics for sale also, as well as a great selection of amps. Wasn't asked once if I needed assistance and it was the middle of the day, so it wasn't busy. I had a load of money to spend, and bought my amp elsewhere.
