I HIGHLY recommend Ms.Carson's Music Studio. Liz is an amazing teacher with so much experience!! As an adult learner and complete beginner, I was very intimidated by learning piano. Liz's welcoming soul and positive energy completely calmed my nerves. She explains everything and exhibits every technique in a way that makes it easy to understand.Taking lessons with Liz has unlocked a whole new understanding of piano and music in general for me. Liz has not only improved my ability to mechanically play the keys but has vastly improved my understanding of music theory and it's application overall. Thank you so much Liz!!

I started piano lessons with Ms Carson about a year ago. I wanted to both learn piano as a beginner, but also to learn more music theory formally. I’m over 40 and have played guitar for 20+ years, but never learned music because I was a bit intimidated. Turns out it’s easier to grasp with a great teacher and Ms Carson is exactly that. I am very happy with my piano progress as an adult student, after a year. I’m learning a lot about theory along the way, which is also improving my approach to guitar, even after all these years. I do my lessons remotely over zoom, and it’s very convenient. Highly recommend!

Liz is great with ensuring your children learn foundational music reading. My children now know how to play music from memory and enjoy playing. Liz will continue to teach them and they love her method and approach.
