Took my epiphone acoustic electric in because my bandmate was holding it while the strap at the bottom slipped off and the body hit the ground before it could be caught. Luckily nothing was damaged however the nut holding the reciever for the quarter inch cable was loose and needed to be tightened from the inside. Needless to say, 5 minutes later, my guitar is as good as new. I managed to find a cute treble clef coffee mug, pair of socks, more picks, and surrendered to a pick dispenser attachment because after losing picks for the last 3 years of actively gigging, I guess it was time. Great service! Quick! Informative and efficient. I go here for all my weird guitar questions. The album collection is also noteworthy.
