We recorded two songs with Ema and had a great time! The songs evolved immensely thanks to his thoughtful contributions and keen ear for detail. The studio is such a vibe and the songs came out amazing! Ema was very patient and committed to excellence which we really appreciated because it allowed us to have a sound that was truly organic - but with that level of accuracy and awesomeness most people let the computers create. We’re really grateful that we got to make studio magic at Ikhaya 🩷

After much anticipation, I was floored when I saw what Ema had done with this studio. He has always been a virtuoso sound engineer at our live shows but that is only the appetizer to his producing and studio engineering. The quality of our band’s project was outstanding and his rates are VERY reasonable. We will definitely be returning and I HIGHLY recommend ikhaya studio!!
