One of my favorite rehearsal spaces not only because the equipment is excellent and the space has history and character but especially because Mr Barnes is super knowledgeable, helpful, kind and makes rehearsing/recording at the space a smooth and special experience. The steps down/up were intimidating at first but you get used to it pretty quick. All in all 10/10.
