I had the chance to record my debut album, Leaving Cheatham County, with Ron Santee at Desert Dog Studios from April 4th through April 20th, 2025. The entire experience was incredible. The atmosphere was comfortable and the workflow was smooth, and Ron brought out the absolute best in these songs. This record wouldn’t sound or feel the way it does without his touch. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, welcoming place that feels like a home away from home, Desert Dog Studios is where you need to be.

Been in so many studios over the past 30 years. There’s something about Desert dog Studios that just put you in the right mood. Ronnie keeps you super relaxed and just get stuff done. It’s so organic. I recommend this dude to anybody just getting started or to the pros. Ronnie is the best.

I needed a jingle for my small family owned business. It was written and made from scratch at this studio at a fair reasonable price. The engineering flawless. It was done legally to protect my ownership of the jingle and it and it was worth more than I paid. I can’t thank them enough. You guys lit the fire for my small family business.
