Ironically the building's skeleton was reminiscent of most public park rec centers today (I guess their designs were Frank Lloyd Wright inspired as well). Lots of jazz legends and legendary recording history captured there. Sonically, loudness is king, the records tell the tale; nothing special here but some of the musical talent that graced it's halls and mics. The studio seems to have fallen into a cult like status along with Woodstock, not the best sounding representation but good enough that you you'll take what you could simply hear on almost any of the artists that graced your ears.
