★ 5 · christ sMichelle is the best. From the very first time I came she was extremely accommodating, attentive, and detail oriented. There was an immediate and clear difference in both the quality of my music as well as the overall comfort I felt in the space. She not only excels at the mechanical and artistic sides of engineering, but she goes above and beyond that by getting to understand her clients. For instance, I like to drink tea before every session after just 2 sessions with her she learned that and began to have tea ready for me. That’s an obvious one, but there’s dozens of little things she does to help make the process go as smooth as possible and to help me feel comfortable. And those are just the ones I notice. I can’t speak highly enough of her and I would gladly pay double what I do rig
