I decided to go back to music lessons. My friend, who is an accomplished musician brought me here to purchase an electric guitar to branch out from my acoustical. The staff within was ok. One girl only, asked if she could help me after being there after about 30 minutes. No one else seemed interested. I bought a guitar, strap, bag and hoodie. Cuz I was freezing. When I had to go find someone to cash me out, after waiting? I was asked if anyone helped me, I said me. And asked if I get commission, while laughing. That's just me trying to inject some kind of humanity into my experience. I was just stared at. There was no smile. There were 0 pleasantries. It was just a cold transaction. I was put off. I was so excited and that really deflated my experience. I don't need to ever return there.

Now that Sam Ash is closed this is one of the few remaining games in town where you can get music instruments and instrument equipment without going through the internet. Previously they had employees who had bad attitudes but at the last few visits the employees were very helpful. They were very busy and harried but they certainly were not nasty. And they try to take the time to explain to you anything you need to have explained to you even though there might be a line of 10 people waiting with their own questions. I took off one star because when you first walk in the place you don't know where to go to ask a question. But once you are able to flag down one of the employees, they're helpful.

We looked for Nux wireless for saxophone Happy that we found this store. Henry and Joe were very helpful. With a lot of pacient they heled us found exactly what we needed. We did 24 hour delivery to the store.
