I had recently book session here online called the place to verify my session and no one answer the phone finally when it was time for me to arrive to session the place was close but on google says it open. Very unprofessional bad customer service no communication about anything going on and they emailed saying they would give me my refund but they still have not given me my refund and it’s been over a week don’t go to this studio very shady business practices and unprofessionalism

I’d recommend WR to anyone. The team is professional & really knowledgeable, they knew exactly what I needed and recommended the best services for me. I was impressed by how clean the studios are & the film house offers a little bit of everything for photo & video content. 10/10
