I bought an open-box guitar online and when it arrived, the strings were in pretty rough shape. I went into the Coconut Creek location to see what could be done, and Paul Crosta in the repair department completely took care of me. He didn’t just throw on new strings — he went ahead and gave the guitar a full setup at no charge. That’s real customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. If I ever have an issue with my guitar again, he’s the first person I’m going to. Highly recommend asking for Paul if you need work done.

This place is always fun to visit even if you're not actually purchasing something lol. We love to just go in and check out the new stuff. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Really cool vibe and cool stuff as well as great prices.
