★ 1 · Daniel LopezThe store has a huge selection of gear, but it feels too small for how much they have packed inside. My family and I visit Guitar Center locations often and always enjoy testing out instruments—especially the drums—but this time we were asked to stop playing because they “couldn’t hear themselves on the phone.” If noise is a problem, I recommend setting up a separate demo area or closing off the drums instead of telling customers to stop. We’ve never been told that at any other Guitar Center. The place seemed understaffed or poorly managed, which really hurts the experience for loyal customers like us.

★ 5 · Michael SucciHas a music store vibe for sure. I brought my daughter to get a nice keyboard for her bedroom, as our piano is in the living room. Our sales person was super helpful. He let us play the 200$ one and the 5000$ one. We left with a 600$ keyboard. We couldn't be happier. Great store. Going back for a guitar for Xmas!
