This place is fantastic! Tom is extremely knowledgeable and fixed my Marshall amp that had a factory issue which was difficult to diagnose. But he figured it out in just a couple of days, and now it’s working great. I highly recommend!

Not to be that person to post a negative review. The communication was terrible. If I had not called every once in a while for 8 months he would have forgot who I was and my gear. I dropped off a tascam 246 that was neglected and never officially fixed. Dropped off in October of 2023 and I called to ask how it was doing in June 2024, He gave up and charged me 80$ for "a motor repair" I get the machine back and plug it in, now it's still broken, only now it makes a loud noise when powered on. Save your money...Felt like a big scam.
