We used Snap on 2019, again last week. Turn around was fast and on the spot. Reading most recent reviews seems that something is amiss with the company. maybe the use of AI instead of live/voice talents? Can't tell. Just make sure you send them notes to specify any special pronunciation. They can help you with this if needed. Lots of VoIP telephone companies recommend them.
