First time at the Studio at the Factory. I came on a Saturday night to see Jordan Ward with a packed house. I was a little skeptical of the venue when I first arrived but was pleasantly impressed. The space was perfect for Jordan and felt very intimate with great views of the stage from virtually anywhere. If an artist I enjoy books the Studio at the Factory again, I won’t hesitate to buy tickets.

As a first-time visitor to this side of Dallas, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and overall atmosphere; the team here is truly exceptional, and they made my first experience unforgettable! A huge shoutout to Laura, whose warm welcome set the perfect tone, Joel, who was friendly and incredibly helpful, Boniface, who provided outstanding service with a positive attitude, and Jawine, who was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely made my day better. I highly recommend this spot to anyone, especially those new to Dallas, as the combination of a great experience and an amazing staff is a guaranteed recipe for success!

First, ENERGY MATTERS! This venue has the thing that does the thing. Do you want to see and FEEL the crowd energy with your favorite performers and artists? Well, THE STUDIO is where to do it for live entertainment in Big D. Management is 👍. Staff is 👍. Servers are helpful and friendly 👍. Sound, Lighting, Vibe are here in quality show experience. My personal favorite staff member was a lady named Katelynn. Myself, being a person with some physical disability limitations, I had concerns and questions, and she had helpful and supportive answers like a true professional handles business. She exemplifies what the entertainment industry should be regarding the consuming public and this facility is darn lucky to have folks like her on board to help them stay successful.
