The only reason I don't give 5 starts is because of parking. Workers across the street seem to know the code, and people who leave the gate open often let random people park there for hours and don't seem to be renting a studio. Thankfully no one has been dangerous to my knowledge, and my husband has been renting there for 5 years. Otherwise the studios themselves are great and well maintained.

I had a very enjoyable experience! Savannah was pleasant and escorted me and my team to my rehearsal room. That was a very nice touch for a first timer renting the space! I would definitely come again!
