The love of my life proposed to me at this space and Khoury was part of the reason it was successful. He is the best host ever, he is very collaborative and understanding. His space is very accommodating and clean!!! I repeat clean! I will recommend this space 100 times. Highly customizable event space with good acoustics is run by friendly and available independent owner. Open warehouse type ceiling allows for trussing/mounting lights, sound, etc. Front loading dock, small parking lot, and ample street parking available. Only drawbacks are limited handicap access and a well-kept but single bathroom (apparently rented port-o-lets can be placed in the parking lot).

5+ stars from me! This place was amazing ! I went to an event to have a photoshoot which was my first shoot ( the photographer was the BEST!) and it boost my confidence level to the roof! I really enjoyed the people there ! The energy was nothing but the best !! ❤️
