I hired Tino to prepare audiobook files for ACX — something he assured me he could handle. I even offered him Audible’s technical requirements, but he declined, saying he didn’t need them. When the files were delivered, they failed ACX’s audio checks (sample rate and RMS levels were off). I showed him the error reports directly from ACX, but instead of troubleshooting, he insisted the problem was on my end. After several rounds of back-and-forth, the files were still not corrected. In the end, I paid $300 and was left with unusable files that I had to fix myself, costing me more time, stress, and extra expense. Treetop was Amazing. I was met by Bryan,an excellent dude who sat me in the lobby area and asked if I needed water or anything. Studio has everything you need. Payday excellent engineer and producer. Very reasonable prices I was happy. Laid down three hooks three different songs ready for next time.
