I couldn't be more impressed with John Stinson and the staff here at TRCOA. It's been an incredible experience seeing how much this program has grown since I first started here, back in January 2011. I can honestly say that one of the main reason's I enrolled at TRCOA was for the One-On-One Mentorship. It was by far the best decision I have ever made. John Stinson and the staff at TRCOA truly care about each and every student. They strive with the best of their abilities to make sure you are taught the skills to not only become a successful Audio Engineer, but to also become a successful business owner. You will not find another program out there that give's you the opportunities like this one. I highly recommend this program to anyone out there trying to pursue their career in this field.

The Recording Conservatory of Austin is the best audio engineering program in Austin... Possibly even Texas. I am a former student and have been in the professional sector for the last couple of years. The education that I have received from TRCoA has set me apart from others in my field. I have encountered individuals whom had attended other audio engineering programs and my knowledge far surpassed anything that they had ever been taught in their respective programs. I feel this is because at TRCoA a student receives more one on one training and guidance from experienced mentors than at other institutions. The facilities are state of the art and constantly being upgraded. Every artist I have brought into the studio has been blown away by the quality of the studio & the experience.

I am currently a student at TRCOA and have absolutely loved my experience here thus far. John Stinson and the staff at the conservatory do a great job of working one on one with each student, creating a more intimate learning environment. They teach you the skills you need to know to be a working engineer in this competitive field. With the help of top of the line facility's and equipment, we students get hands on experience with industry standard room's and gear, that help familiarize us to be adaptable engineer's for any working studio.
