Had an issue with a used electronic kit I bought that was around $1300, and they made me completely whole. No more buying used gear from Reverb, Ebay, or Craigslist. Love buying from a brick n mortar store, you get personalized attention because they're there! Thanks Kenny, I'll be looking first at Beaumont from here on out.

★ 3 · Abraham AzuaThe workers in general are pretty nice, but can be lazy at times. I needed to demo something and the worker made no effort in finding the right cable for it after stating he can look for one in the back. Instead, he just continued chatting with someone else while I was waiting. Another time, I had to get a fret nut replaced on my bass and they did a terrible job and didn't bother making things right. I think Sweetwater will do just fine for any purchases I need to make.
