★ 5 · Jessi CainBrought my Telecaster in today (11/03/25) for some new strings, as I have zero experiece with locking tuners. They didn't have the brand I usually use (Elixir), so I went with a suggestion from one of their staff members. The guy who changed my strings (can't remember his name, Cullen? Maybe?) told me if I didn't like those strings, I could bring in the brand I wanted and he would switch them out for me, and save the brand new ones he just put on for me to use as a back-up. (I'm bringing the Elixirs in guys, haha!) Fantastic customer service, great people!! My husband and I really enjoyed being there today and we had a great conversation with the staff while my strings were being changed. Thanks guys! See you soon!

★ 5 · Weighted TXVisiting from West TX. Options were a bit scarce, but they had the necessities. Cool staff, clean shop. Hopefully they start carrying some basic IEMs for the locals. They did the best they could to match online prices. All in all, a pleasant experience.
