I was looking for a kawai piano and decided to message Steinway Gallery in Fresno. Heyner was very fast at responding and scheduling me an appointment on Sunday. You can tell Heyner cares more about helping his customers get an instrument that is good for them. His passion for pianos shows in his customer service and in his actions of also giving back to the community. Heyner also does his best to find a financing option that's good for the customer. If you need a new piano I highly recommend Steinway Gallery. Looking forward to playing on my new Kawai K300. Thanks Heyner. I'll definitely be stopping by for some events there.

I highly recommend Steinway Piano Gallery of Fresno! The customer service is exceptional, and they offer great prices on pianos for every budget. The teachers are also incredibly friendly and provide great lessons.

My piano arrived today and it is even more beautiful in my living room than in their welcoming showroom. Purchasing my new piano from Steinway Piano Gallery is like joining a family. Their involvement in the community and bringing music into the lives of so many children is admirable.
