I’ve been shopping at Guitar Center for years, but my most recent visit reminded me why this store (and specifically this location) is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff here are genuinely knowledgeable and friendly — no pushy sales tactics, just real musicians who love talking gear and helping you find exactly what you need. Everyone I interacted with took the time to listen and offered solid advice without making me feel rushed. A special shout-out to Phoenix, the in-house luthier. He’s incredibly friendly, patient, and clearly knows his craft inside and out. He answered all my setup questions and even gave me some great tips on maintaining my guitars. Nick was absolutely amazing, I went to buy my fiancé a banjo, (not knowing what I’m doing at all) and he pulled the Savannah 5 string that I called and asked about and proceeded to get me everything I needed and answered all my questions, also tuned the banjo before I left with it and everything went so smoothly, will absolutely return to this location in the future!
