I’ve been coming to this music school for about a decade, and remember my first day coming in like it was yesterday. Being a young kid I was a bit unsure of where I wanted to start - so I decided that I would first try singing. I first took voice and choir lessons which grew my love for singing and eventually I decided I wanted to take guitar and piano lessons to fulfill my dreams of songwriting and performing. When ESOMA partnered with NorCal Academy of performing Arts (NAPA) the theatre non-profit, I ended up landing two leading roles as “Danny Zuko” in “Grease” and “Jean Valjean” in “Les Miserables”. I credit my singing and performing arts education to ESOMA and don’t think I could’ve landed those lead roles without the help of my music teachers. I also now perform as as a lead singer f
