A couple years ago I walked into Flam Tap studio and met Brandon. I have been growing my drumming skills ever since. Lessons are tailored to individual needs ensuring that every lesson is personalized and productive. It is apparent that Brandon loves music and teaching drums for all level and ages, and wants all of us to grow. Brandon is flexible and understanding. For example, he knows I won’t do the recitals so instead we recorded my drumming. Not only are my skills improving, but going to lessons always makes my day. Even if frustrated with the music or work, I always come out energized and ready to practice and get better. The studio moved recently and the new space is awesome and set to ensure a good lesson. My daughter started taking lessons at Flam Tap studio in January of this year. In a short period of time she has noticeably improved her skills on the drums and is starting to learn the fundamentals. My daughter looks forward to her weekly lesson and comes out of it in a great mood. Brandon does a great job of making the lessons fun while maintaining structure and discipline. You can tell he really cares about his students and is vested in their success. Brandon stresses the importance of practicing the right way and with intent. I live in Waco but every week drive up to Cleburne just to have a lesson with Brandon. He is a great teacher and anyone who is looking for a drum teacher should look there first. His teaching style is very effective and truly inspires you to work hard and keep getting better. 10/10 highly recommend Brandon to both beginners and veterans and anyone anywhere in between.
