Extremely disappointed with our recent visit. Despite being the only customers in the shop, we were ignored by the two staff members present. Even after making eye contact, the manager claimed they hadn't seen us and then stated he had 'work to do in the office.' As musicians who usually frequently shop at Encore Music in Nacogdoches, we expected better service while in Lufkin. We felt judged from the moment we walked in and ultimately left without making a purchase. We’ll be taking our business back to where we are actually welcomed.

Came in before Christmas to get some guitar strings and accessories for my boys and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They also install home generator systems, which intrigued my husband and I. With all the power outages we get living in the woods, these systems sound amazing! And the guys answered all our questions.
