this is a neat , family owned music shop in downtown Alice. I had my guitar restrung and tuned.. She sound great! Service was fast. i feel i was charge lappropriately. Lalo and his wife are very friendly.. Also, when I had a question to ask through messenger i got a quick response. i liked everything about my experience with Lako's music. Honestly before visiting this place, I expected to see just an employee at the counter, but Lalo and his wife were both there. I never really see the owner running his business so entirely, and I'm very impressed. Made me feel like home my very first time. They were unable to help my with my problem, but they did offer to get my instrument sent to the Valley to get fixed. They had parts that I needed, however very expensive they were, it was nice there, great atmosphere and service. 10/10 would go again.

If you are looking for excellent customer service and knowledgeable about instruments then this is your one stop shop. This little gem in Alice is great they have been in business for almost 40 years and care about their customers. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!
