I celebrated my birthday here over the weekend at the Capital Heights location. Overall, my guests and I had a good time; however, I did not feel that we received the full experience that is advertised. To begin with, cleanliness was a bit of an issue. When I arrived, the bathroom was dirty and I had to clean it myself before my guests arrived. There was already trash in the bins, and the room, studio, and booth had a musty odor. I ended up lighting a candle and purchasing air fresheners to make the space more comfortable. I would also like to address my experience with the engineer. Upon arrival, I was told to text the engineer, Paris, which I did, but I received no response. Another individual eventually let me in to set up and informed me that the engineer had not yet arrived. The vibe was great, and Paris did a really good job hosting the party. Everyone had a good time. The only downside was the bathroom, which was messy and could’ve been better maintained. With that small improvement, this is a solid spot for events.

This place is really nice. The layout was a vibe. It would be a great place for an adult party. My niece and her friends had so much fun. The only complaint I have is that it was hot as hell in there. Once they get the air conditioner fixed, this place will be great.
