Last weekend, My husband and I visited to purchase my first DJ set. I just have to say, Cole is the man!! He was so thorough and knowledgeable about what I did and didn’t need. It wasn’t just about the sale, Cole provided an awesome experience. He didn’t try to just sell me the most expensive items, he was honest about what I needed as a beginner. It's sad, I remember when going to Guitar Center used to be an enjoyable experience where the staff would be upbeat and happy to help you. I went in there recently looking for a specific type of microphone for online presentations and the large dude in pro audio couldn't be more unenthusiastic to help. I tried telling him what I was trying to do with my set up and I pretty much stopped explaining myself in the middle of my sentence because I could tell that this guy couldn't care less. I ended up getting what I needed on Amazon.

Just left the shop getting a fantastic deal. I think It was David. If not all the guys here are very helpful and generally pretty respectful. Bring your manners and have understanding that while they are here to provide customer service in a corporate environment, they are humans and are also trying to make a living. I've had nothing but a great time in this store. Leave your ego at the door and you're going to have a good time. As many times as I have been to Alpha music and felt awkward and looked down upon because I wasn't there to buy a $5,000 Les Paul lol guitar center is what it is and this location is pretty stellar. I tend to go on less busy times, so if you go in there and it's a packed house, have some understanding that you may not get the attention you want but you will get the
