I've had nothing but exceptional experiences at Spacebomb, which I credit a lot to Alex. There was a good stretch of time when myself and two others coordinated local writers round events at the studio. We kept coming back for a reason. The space was welcoming and warm, musicians were always cared for, and Alex ensured everything operated smoothly from the start. Richmond is lucky to have a both Spacebomb and Alex.

Vibe curation is off the charts in this spot and feels like a producers playground. Spacebomb is not only a studio but it's space for you to explore new sonic worlds. A couple highlights that are hard to come by in central VA are: a truly MASSIVE room with hardlined mics on the ceiling, a doooope set of tape machines (that's right, more than a couple), and an awesome set of instruments ready to go.
