I had Dan restring and set up a used guitar that I acquired. He turned a so-so guitar into one that is now a contender to be my #1 gig axe! Dan took the time to let me play the guitar and readjusted based on my preferences. I look forward to bringing a few more guitars his way!

I have been taking lessons from Dan for more than 10 years and he is an exceptional instructor. I did not start playing until I was an older adult and Dan has been patiently working with me from the beginning. His guidance and encouragement have led to incremental improvement throughout my years of lessons and the best thing is how much fun and enjoyment I get from playing all these years later. Modal Music Studio is also a great environment for lessons - they are truly the best!
