★ 5 · Raphael OrensteinLaurece helped me prepare for a singing program that was quite long at a service. She instructed me in exercises and coached me so that my vocal apparatus remained relaxed and did not strain.

★ 5 · Victor Ize-IyamuBefore working with Laurece, I was overwhelmed by the fear of public speaking and would rush my words to get it over with, which often made me hard to understand, not to mention I have an accent, which made it even harder to understand. I tried to slow down during presentations but to no avail. I even used to think something was wrong with me. ★ 5 · Emily JolleyI've been working with Laurece for the last year on singing lessons, and have had a wonderful experience! I had been a classical singer in high school and college, but had stopped singing in adult-hood. I really missed this outlet, and came to Laurece to get back into vocal shape. I had no clear goal, other than to start singing again, but Laurece coached me into figuring out what I wanted, which ultimately was to sing with a choir. By December, I was able to sing Handel's Messiah, and by May I was singing a solo for a choir I joined in Durham. To say that I'm grateful for Laurece's coaching would be an understatement. If you are looking to improve your singing, or even just your speaking voice, I highly recommend working with Laurece!
